Practice accreditation
We are very proud to be an Accredited Dental Practice.
Richmond Road Dental achieved accreditation in October 2013 following fifteen months of persistent work.
According to the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare,
“Accredited health service organisations have demonstrated through an independent review that an organisation has implemented the safety and quality systems necessary to comply with the NSQHS ( National Safety and Quality Health Service) Standards and ensure safe care.”
As an accredited dental practice, we are committed to:

As a result, we have created a culture of quality at Richmond Road Dental that values continuous professional development and ensures our staff are involved in enhancing day-to-day operations.
